Your money
If you give us money to make a payment on your behalf, or we receive money on your behalf, we will hold this money strictly in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Regulations.

If you make a written complain to us, your file will be reviewed and a written reply will be issued to you.

We have updated our privacy policy to ensure that your information is kept safe and our communications with you is fully compliant.  We do not collect datea from our website and do not send out newsletters or unsolicited emails. 

We only responde to emails or contact to us through our website when requested by you to do so. We only then request the required minimum information necessary to provide you with a quote for our services and thereafter within one month any such information obtained is deleted unless we have received formal instructions. All information in the intermediate period is held in accordance with Data Protection Law. 

At the time that you wish to instruct us to act on your behalf you will be furnished with our full terms and conditions which includes our privacy policy before engagement. 

Your rights relating to personal data

You have the following rights under the GDPR, in certain circumstances and subject to certain exemptions, in relation to your personal data:
